Christmas and New Year: 24 December 2010 to 9 January 2011 (minimum stay 4 nights)
Leeuwin Concert Weekend: 18 - 20 February 2011
Easter: 1 – 4 April 2010
2 Bedroom Apartment: $350 per night

Standard Rate
1 Bedroom Apartment: $195 per night
2 Bedroom Apartment: $270 per night

Autumn & Winter Rate
1 May to 30 September
1 Bedroom Apartment: $175 per night
2 Bedroom Apartment: $235 per night

We will require 50% deposit by credit card to confirm your booking with full payment of the balance required on or before arrival. In the case of 1 night bookings full payment will be required at the time of booking.

Please take note of our cancellation policy:

• If you cancel at least 10 days before your booking we will give you a full refund less a $25 administration fee.

• If you cancel within 10 days of your booking we will give you a refund as above if we are able to re-book the apartment and all of our 5 apartments are fully booked (ie. we have suffered no loss by reason of your cancellation).

• If we are not able to re-book the apartment we reserve the discretion to retain your deposit in full.
