We will require 50% deposit by credit card to confirm your booking with full payment of the balance required on or before arrival. In the case of 1 night bookings full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Please take note of our cancellation policy:
- If you cancel at least 10 days before your booking we will give you a full refund less a $25 administration fee.
- If you cancel within 10 days of your booking we will give you a refund as above if we are able to re-book the apartment and all of our 5 apartments are fully booked (ie. we have suffered no loss by reason of your cancellation).
- If we are not able to re-book the apartment we reserve the discretion to retain your deposit in full.
