Central Avenue has 5 apartments each with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartments can be hired as one bedroom/one bathroom or two bedrooms/two bathrooms depending on your requirements.

Apartment Five
main bedroom: king-size double bed with en-suite bathroom and private balcony
second bedroom: zip-lock bed which can be either a king-size double bed or 2 extra long single beds
separate second bathroom

Apartment Six
main bedroom: king-size double bed with en-suite bathroom and private balcony
second bedroom: zip-lock bed which can be either a king-size double bed or 2 extra long single beds

Apartment Seven
main room: king-size double bed with en-suite bathroom and private balcony

All apartments are on the first floor and have the following facilities:

• 2 balconies – 1 leading off the main bedroom and 1 leading off the living area with an outside setting
• large flat screen television and dvd/cd sound system
• fully equipped kitchen

• iron and ironing board
• lockable garage plus plenty of additional parking
• reverse cycle air-conditioning
• washing machine with washing line + drying service provided on request

We have a few restrictions:
