Central Avenue consists of 5 apartments each with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartments can be hired as one bedroom/one bathroom depending on your requirements, to do this we simply lock off the second bedroom and bathroom.
All apartments are on the first floor and have the following facilities:

- Second bedroom with king-size zip-lock bed or 2 single beds

- 2 balconies – 1 leading off the main bedroom and 1 leading off the living area with out- door setting
